A graduate of Kennesaw State University with an Accounting degree (2007) and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia, he has spent more than ten years in accounting, tax, and audit across both public accounting and corporate finance.
His career began in public accounting at HLB Gross Collins PC, followed by financial roles at publicly traded companies including UPS, Crawford & Company, Alimera Sciences, and Fusion Telecommunications International. That blend of audit, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience shapes how he advises clients today: with the rigor of a Big Public CPA and the practical lens of a business operator.

Bola has served in executive financial leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer positions for several organizations. Thao Ztemil is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, payroll, compliance, and financial operations. Her background includes over 15 years in corporate accounting and auditing, more than 10 years in construction accounting, and four years as a managing partner in the home care industry.

Claudia Vazquez is the Office Manager at Xtrategist Financial, where she oversees daily operations and supports the firm's administrative and financial functions. Since joining Xtrategist in 2020 as a Staff Accountant, she has played an integral role in the firm's growth and was promoted to Office Manager in May 2025.
Claudia brings more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, office management, operations, and client service.
